There are so many way to become involved in the many programs and services that are offered.
To take advantage of all the benefits the Centre offers, you must become a member.


​Who can join?

Membership is open to all citizens of the City of Pembroke and those living in the area, who are 50 years of age and older.

How much is a membership?

The 2023-2024 Membership fee is  $25.00.  Purchase your memebrship during our Membership Drive beginning March 1, 2023. See the volunteer on duty.

How long is my membership valid for?

Your membership is valid from April 2023- March 2024. 

How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is easy!  Open up "Membership Form link".  In the upper right hand corner, you will see the icon to download (a down arrow) to your computer to complete.  Save the form to your computer and email it to the Centre.  Please indicate on the form your choice of payment as listed.  OR  the other option to print out the two page membership form, complete and drop off or mail it to the Centre with the membership fee.

Methods of Payment

  • In person during open hours   
  • Drop off completed form and payment in the secure mailbox at the front enterance.
