There are so many way to become involved in the many programs and services that are offered.
To take advantage of all the benefits the Centre offers, you must become a member.


​Who can join?

Membership is open to all citizens of the City of Pembroke and those living in the area, who are 50 years of age and older.

How much is a membership?

The 2024-2025 Membership fee is  $25.00.  Purchase your membership during our Membership Drive beginning March 1, 2024. See the volunteer on duty.

How long is my membership valid for?

Your membership is valid from April 1, 2025- March 31, 2026. 

How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is easy! 
  1. Click on  2025-2026 membership form button.  Once the form opens up, you will see the icon to download (a down arrow) to your computer. Please complete the fields.
  2. Save the form to your computer with the title "(Your name), 2025-2026 Membership".
  3. Then, please click the button 2025-2026 Code of Ethics and waiver form.
  4. Complete the fields, including payment choice and download the completed form.
  5. Save it as well to your computer with the title "(Your name) Waiver Form 2024-2025".
  6. Email both forms to the Centre - [email protected].
  7. OR  print out the two pages, complete and drop off or mail it to the Centre with the membership fee.
